About

PD Cozy Cabins aren’t just a place to stay, they’re a place to make memories.

Owners Patrice and Drake met shortly after Drake and his brother Scott finished building the first cabin. The first time Patrice visited the cabin there was a For Sale sign up. As she and Drake sat in candlelight sharing a glass of wine she shared her long-time dream of owning a cabin “up north.” Soon Patrice was decorating and getting the cabin ready for friends and family, then they decided to open the cabin up to other guests. They have enjoyed hosting guests for over three years. The stories and gratitude guests shared with them was so fulfilling, they decided to build another cabin, which opened in the Fall of 2020.

This cozy, cute, warm little cabin was the perfect place to unwind, unplug and cuddle up together with a cup of hot coco. It’s so wonderfully taken care of and clean. So perfect for a weekend getaway if you need some time to get away from it all. I definitely recommend this stay.

This place is AMAZING. The cabin is so cozy and welcoming. It snowed while we were there, and it was just beautiful to be snuggled up by the fireplace with the snow falling outside. Our dog had the best time too! We really didn’t want to leave.

Nature

The cozy cabin provided the perfect getaway that we were hoping for. It’s in such a secluded and quiet spot, so it allows for a real connection with nature. We especially liked walking down to the river to read or just enjoy the silence. Bonfires outside were great; a big open sky with lots of stars.
